Eight steps, in the order they actually happen
Coordination only works when everyone knows what comes next. This is the sequence we follow on every case, and the point at which each decision sits with you.

Every case is reviewed with the treating hospital before anything is booked.
From enquiry to follow-up
Steps one to five cost you nothing. Coordination fees are explained in writing before anything is booked.
- 1Day 0
First contact
You send a message with as much or as little detail as you have. No forms, no obligation, no payment.
- 2Days 1–3
Record review
A coordinator lists the records needed and helps you gather what is missing from your hospital or laboratory.
- 3Days 3–7
Specialist opinion
The treating hospital's nephrology or transplant team reviews your case and issues a written opinion.
- 4With the opinion
Written estimate
The hospital provides an indicative cost range and expected length of stay. We explain what is included and what is not.
- 5No deadline
Your decision
You discuss it with family and your local doctor. Deciding against treatment abroad is a normal outcome.
- 62–4 weeks
Travel coordination
If you proceed: visa letters, appointment scheduling, flights, accommodation and airport transfer.
- 7In India
Treatment support
A coordinator is present for admission and remains reachable throughout the stay.
- 8Ongoing
Follow-up at home
Discharge documents go to your doctor in Ghana, with agreed points for sharing results back to the treating team.
Where our responsibility begins and ends
A facilitator with unclear boundaries is a risk to the patient. Ours are written down.
What we do
Practical coordination that removes friction from an already difficult process.
- Help you assemble complete, readable medical records
- Arrange specialist review and a written opinion from the hospital
- Explain estimates, inclusions and likely additional costs
- Handle visa letters, appointments, travel and accommodation
- Accompany admission and stay reachable during the stay
- Coordinate discharge documents and follow-up with your doctor at home
What we do not do
Being explicit about the limits protects you more than a longer list of promises would.
- We do not diagnose, prescribe or give clinical advice
- We do not guarantee outcomes, waiting times or approval for surgery
- We do not arrange or facilitate organ donation outside legal channels
- We do not publish patient information or use records in marketing
- We do not pressure anyone to travel, and we say when travel is unlikely to help
Our coordination fee structure is set out in writing at the point you decide to proceed, before any booking is made. Specific figures will be published here once finalised.
Upload your medical reports for review
Creatinine, eGFR, ultrasound or biopsy reports help doctors give a grounded opinion instead of a general answer.
