Orientation visit
A walk-through of the hospital route, registration desk and department locations.

First consultation
Meeting the nephrologist, reviewing records and confirming the plan in person.
You can pause at any stage. Nothing is booked, paid or confirmed without your explicit agreement, and choosing not to continue carries no penalty.
