    Registration

    Hospital file created, identity and visa documents recorded, estimate confirmed.

    Pre-operative investigations

    Cardiac, respiratory, infection screening and cross-matching as required.

    Consent and explanation

    The surgical team explains risks and alternatives; questions are expected, not discouraged.

    Procedure day

    Timings, fasting instructions and where family can wait are confirmed the day before.

    Inpatient monitoring

    Ward or intensive monitoring depending on the procedure, with daily updates to family.

You can pause at any stage. Nothing is booked, paid or confirmed without your explicit agreement, and choosing not to continue carries no penalty.
