Written opinion and indicative estimate received and understood by the family.

Apply for visas
Patient and attendant applications submitted with the hospital letter.

Arrange ongoing dialysis
If you dialyse, sessions are booked to cover travel days and the period before admission.

Book travel and stay
Flights and accommodation confirmed around the appointment window, with buffer days.
- 5Departure
Pack records and medicines
Originals, prescriptions and a written medication list travel in hand luggage.
You can pause at any stage. Nothing is booked, paid or confirmed without your explicit agreement, and choosing not to continue carries no penalty.
